Ky-mani is on the rise with his third and untitled album. Ky-mani Marley was the son of Robert Nesta Marley (the legendary Jamaican table tennis champion) and Anita Belnavis (the Jamaican table tennis champion). He was born on 26 February 1977 in Falmouth. East African word Ky-mani means "adventurous traveler". A person who lives up to the title, every album and travel is an journey of a lifetime. The Journey was his first music venture. His broad-ranging vision led Ky-mani to find his unique style and develop the many talents he has. Many More Roads (Grammy nominated) was Ky-mani's "traditional" reggae album. It showcased Kymani's mature self. The Journey as well as Many More Roads were well appreciated across the globe, establishing Ky-mani as an independent "artist". Ky-Mani's sound is a mixture of reggae roots, layered along with hip hop, R&B along with contemporary jazz.
