Liz Vassey began her acting career when she was nine years old and was later in more than fifty productions and musicals. At the age of sixteen, Liz emigrated into New York to become part of All My Children. In recognition of her work, she was nominated for an award called a Daytime Emmy. Her most notable character is that of Wendy Simms, a DNA technician in the TV show CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. The character was played by Liz over a span of five years. Liz appeared in many films as well as various pilots. Additionally, she also appeared as a guest as well as guest-starred on a number of shows on television. Liz has had a very successful writing career as well as an actress. She was co-writing an episode of CSI episode in her final season. Liz who was a lifelong athletic athlete, became a director in the last few months with The Human Race. The film focuses on runners who are older than fifty. In addition to her work she has been a mermaid and star in the Shana Sosin-directed independent feature The Rift.
